Healing

Taling power of the Holy Spirit renews me.

Wholeness is the true state of my being as a child of God. Whenever I feel out of alignment with this truth, I stop to calm my thoughts, rest my body and focus on the healing power of the Holy Spirit that moves through me. Recognizing that I am one with the Spirit in mind and body, I embrace this loving life force flowing through me as the source of my well-being. I visualize myself as vital, healthy, well and whole.

Guided by Spirit, I make wise choices. Nutritious food, energizing exercise and positive thoughts are staples of my everyday life. I am mindful of balancing work and play, activity and rest. I set aside time for prayer and quiet contemplation. I live well. I am well.

For with you is the fountain of life; in your light we see light.--Psalm 36:9

Compassion

The compassionate love of God lives in me.

When my heart is heavy, others may reach out to comfort me. Their words ease the hurt. Their loving presence soothes me. When my own heart responds to another's pain, I feel the same love of God flowing in and through me.

Compassion is the opening of our hearts, one to another, in times of sadness or loss. We are all connected. I need never feel alone. The compassionate love of God is with me.

Sometimes I receive comfort, and other times, I offer comfort. Through all of life's experiences, I am grateful to receive and express God's love in action. The compassionate love of God lives in me.

For the mountains may depart and the hills be removed, but my steadfast love shall not depart from you.--Isaiah 54:10

In the NowI live in the now and draw from each moment all the good it holds for me, and accept all prosperity and abundance; and remember that God is unlimited and wishes for us to have it all, please allow us to learn to accept it.My future holds a field of infinite possibilities. My past holds the things that have already happened, whether they brought joy or challenge. But this present moment is the only time I can create my life experiences and my relationship with God and others. In this now moment, I keep my thoughts positive and choose words and actions that invite others to join in a world of peace, abundance and harmony. Centered in God's presence within me and everyone, I draw from each moment all the good it holds.Aware of the unlimited possibilities of the future and mindful of all I have learned from the past, I give thanks for this now moment.Create in me a clean heart, O God, and put a new and right spirit within me.--Psalm 51:10

ProsperityI am grateful for the divine flow of good in my life. When I hear the word "prosperity," my first thought may be of my bank account. In that moment, I may feel either relief or anxiety. I understand, though, that prosperity is not defined by merely dollars and cents.True prosperity is about spiritual wealth. It's about knowing that my true source is not my employer, my partner or my parent. God is the source of my greatest good. When I am aware of the ever-flowing wisdom and grace of God's spirit, I cannot help but create prosperity in all areas of my life--in my relationships, my health, my wealth. As I focus on the Truth, abundance flows. I am rich in all ways, and I am grateful. You know in your hearts and souls, all of you, that not one thing has failed of all the good things that the Lord your God promised.--Joshua 23:14

Faith

Faith is my solid foundation.

In the middle of a forest, a seed falls from a tree, takes root in the soil and begins to grow. Even in the densest forest, the seed will sprout, become a sapling and stretch its branches toward the light.

Like that seed, my faith grows continually, nourished by the foundation of prayer in my life. I nurture my faith with positive thoughts, words and actions. I reach out to others and welcome the wisdom and understanding of people who have walked the path before me.

Just as a tree shelters those around it, my faith provides me with comfort, reassurance and inspiration. It brings me peace and urges me onward. I am rooted in faith.

Truly I tell you, if you have faith and do not doubt ... even if you say to this mountain, "Be lifted up and thrown into the sea," it will be done.--Matthew 21:21

Guidance

Attuned to God, I am wise and understanding.

Before I act, I choose first to be still and become attuned to God. As I pause, I open myself to His divine guidance and receive new insights into the situations of my life so that I may speak with wisdom and compassion. I am guided to wise choices and I see clearly the right path for me to take, and I step forward in confidence. My heart is filled with understanding and forgiveness, and my relationships bring joy and comfort.

If I ever doubt myself, I know that God's guidance is always available. When I am attuned to God, I am wise and understanding.

My mouth shall speak wisdom; the meditation of my heart shall be understanding.--Psalm 49:3

Journey

I am on a divine journey of peace and joy.

Mary and Joseph's journey to Bethlehem was likely difficult, both physically and mentally, requiring a great deal of strength and stamina. Throughout their journey, they had faith in God. At the end of their travels they experienced pure joy, for a new life was born!

In my journey through life, I may encounter moments that require greater strength and stamina. I may be learning a new skill or coping with a challenging circumstance. I receive strength of spirit and stamina in mind and heart as I trust in God as my guide. With God my way is clear and my journey secure. In God's presence, I experience a new life, filled with joy and everlasting peace.

Joseph also went from the town of Nazareth in Galilee to Judea, to the city of David called Bethlehem.--Luke 2:4

HARMONY

Harmony is established in my relationships.

If I've had a disagreement with another person, I can try a new approach to set things right. I pray and invite God's love to open my eyes, my ears and my heart to a deeper understanding of my relationships with others. I let love guide me to listen in nonjudgmental ways, allowing the lines of communication to open.

By looking at circumstances more thoughtfully, I find points of agreement with the people in my life. These commonalities help me interact with others in ways that promote kindness and compassion.

As I allow the love of God to permeate my thoughts and actions, harmony is established in my relationships.

Agree with one another, live in peace; and the God of love and peace will be with you.--2 Corinthians 13:11

Peace and prosperity

Christ is born anew in our hearts, our country and our world.

We join our hearts as one to create a new world. All possibilities for peace and prosperity are available to us as we release old patterns of behavior and overcome thoughts and actions that have divided us in the past. Christ is born anew in our hearts and in our world.

We greet these new days with hope and love, praying for our world leaders to be guided toward the highest good for all. The power of our hearts united is invincible. We move forward with the confidence, hope and strength borne of faith. Christ is awakened and renewed in us, and we trust the Holy Spirit to lead us into bringing about a new world vision of peace.

You have been born anew, not of perishable but of imperishable seed, through the living and enduring word of God.--1 Peter 1:23

Admiration

With prayer as my practice and the Holy Spirit as my guide, I respond to life in mindful ways.

I admire those who have acted courageously and honorably under difficult circumstances, and I am thankful for all those whose lives have made a difference in the world and in my life.

My admiration for others reminds me to act wisely and courageously when faced with a challenge. I, too, can be of service to those unable to help themselves or those who need encouragement. With prayer as my practice and the Holy Spirit as my guide, I know what to do and how to respond in mindful, effective ways.

I honor every life given in service to others, and I honor every life lived in alignment with the guidance of the Holy Spirit. To everyone who has acted selflessly, I say, "Thank you!"

Respect those who labor among you ... esteem them very highly in love because of their work. Be at peace among yourselves.–
